Thai-Style Beef Red Curry

Fall is here and it is time to cozy up with a warm meal. Chef Bill will start by teaching you how to make creamy, hearty butternut squash soup garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds.

Next, learn to make a fragrant, slightly spicy one-pot Thai-style beef red curry simmered with coconut milk, Thai chilies (optional), coconut milk, and sweet potatoes.

Then, Chef Bill, you will learn to make an easy dessert of puffed pastry stuffed with apple slices and warm spices, glazed with apricot jam. He’ll teach you an easy way to shape the pastry into a rose that is attractive enough for a holiday party or a weeknight family dinner to impress.
