Stained Glass Winter Landscape

Kara of Good Dea Glass Co will guide you through the basics of the stained glass making process, and you’ll complete your own suncatcher, designed with a winter landscape motif, perfect to hang in a window corner and catch the winter sunlight, bringing to mind a winter adventure! In this beginner-friendly class you’ll learn to cut, grind, and solder sheet glass using the copper foil method.

All supplies are included, you will just need to wear long pants and closed toe shoes. This class is suggested for students aged 12+.

Instructor: Kara O'Dea Kara Cullenen-O’Dea is a Columbus native who’s been passionate about making stained glass for 15 years. She seeks out vibrant colors and whimsical subject matter, bringing stained glass out of its traditional places and into modern decor. Kara teaches workshops all over Columbus and in her own storefront, Good Dea Craft School. When not creating stained glass, Kara can be found hiking and kayaking all over the US.
