Chefs in the City: Comfort Food

Rich Terapak & Steve Stover celebrate 42 years of teaching cooking together with a menu of comfort food favorites to enjoy by a cozy fire with a glass of wine. These dishes are easy enough for a family gathering and impressive enough for company. Moreover, almost everything can be made ahead of time. The menu consists of braised short ribs, make-ahead potato and fennel gratin, braised broccolini, and chocolate bread pudding with crème anglaise.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class. The instructors will show the audience how to prepare each dish and then provide a sample to taste.
