Conservatory Explore: Brick Nights

New this year! A rare opportunity to explore the Conservatory, and Sean Kenney’s Nature Connects® Made with LEGO® bricks at night. Each night will feature a theme popular with brick building enthusiasts, and creative building opportunities for the young, and the young at heart! 

Build a race car and see it race down the track, test your brick building structure integrity in our bridge and tower challenges, and be a part of a mosaic building project. Guests are encouraged to join in on the fun and dress to the theme. If you like building bricks, you will LOVE these themed nights at the Conservatory!

Note: The Conservatory will close at 4pm on Conservatory Explore: Brick Nights to prepare for the evening experience. Special Engagement rates apply.

Knights & Princesses | Saturday, July 26 Come dressed in your finest the way knights and princesses dressed to attend grand parties, this brick night celebrates castles, dragons and everything from once upon a time. View Event
Pirates & Mermaids | Saturday, August 9 Ahoy me hearties! There may be pirates and mermaids among the building bricks here at the conservatory, so come dressed as your favorite characters from the high seas. View Event
Favorite Video Games | Saturday, August 23 Come dressed as your favorite video game characters and build your very own digital world with bricks in real life! View Event
Jedi Masters | Friday, September 5 Are you a young (at heart) padawan learner, training in the ways of the force? If so, you will have a chance to spend an evening at the Conservatory to train your imagination with building bricks and no space travel required! View Event

  • Free Admission: General Admission is free for members so they can visit time and time again to see everything available at the Conservatory

  • Discounted Special Engagements: Admission to the brand-new Conservatory Explore: Brick Nights is half off for Members

  • Guests: Many memberships include admission for guests so loved ones can join the fun

  • Additional Discounts: Members receive discounts at Botanica Gift Shop & Greenhouse, Garden Café and elsewhere at the Conservatory experience

Special Engagement Rates

Special Engagements are select exhibitions that occur outside of General Admission hours. They include Conservatory Aglow, Pumpkins Aglow, Conservatory Explore: Brick Nights and Chihuly Nights.

Most members receive half-off Special Engagement admission. Access Family members receive $4 Special Engagement admission. Patron, Benefactor and Monarch Society members receive free Special Engagement admission.
