Winter Ice Festival

Franklin Park Conservatory’s NEW Winter Ice Festival is coming January 16–20! It kicks off with Cocktails at the Conservatory: Fire & Ice (adults-only) on January 16. On January 17 and 18, the Conservatory will close at 4pm to host Fire & Ice, an exciting special engagement evening with an ice carving competition from 6:30–8pm featuring the pros from Rock-on-Ice. The festival wraps up with family fun and public ice skating on January 19 and 20, included with general admission.

Evening Experiences

Cocktails at the Conservatory - Fire & Ice (adults only) Thursday, January 16 | 5:30-9:30 | 21+ only

Enjoy an ice skating rink and watch an ice carving competition, then stroll the Conservatory’s wintery grounds and indoor exhibits with dessert/ice wine and cocktail samples from local vendors.
Winter Ice Festival Special Engagement Friday, January 17 | 5-9pm | Special Engagement Ticket Required

Special Engagement evening featuring Fire & Ice, a throwdown ice carving competition from 6:30-8pm pitting the professional ice carvers from Rock-on-Ice against each other in an all out friendly competition for bragging rights. Public ice skating from 5-9pm. Skates provided or bring your own!

Watch the frozen sisters perform on ice, followed by a meet & greet with opportunities to get your picture taken with this famous duo.

School’s Out! Come and do a winter animal craft, then at 11am & 12:30pm meet the wild Animal Ambassadors from the Ohio Wildlife Center.
