Onsite Visits
Guided in-person youth field trips are back!
School and youth groups are invited to visit the Conservatory as long as they remain in compliance with our updated safety and visitation procedures.
Descriptions for each program can be found in the flyer below.
Costs: Guided programs are $8 per person—including all accompanying adults. Two teachers per classroom are admitted free of charge with a field trip registration. The teacher rate applies to certified public/private PreK-12th grade school teachers, teachers at licensed childcare and preschools and home educators. The Columbus Arts & Culture Fee adds an additional 5% ticket fee to the cost of school programs. School groups are not eligible for the Museums for All rate. This includes both self-led and educator-led programs.
Please note, exhibitions and events that occur outside of the Conservatory’s General Admission hours are considered Special Engagements. School groups wishing to visit during Special Engagements must have an adult-to-child ratio of 1:5. Special Engagement rates apply. Please contact us for details.
Availability: Guided programs must be booked at least 14 business days in advance.
Please check our FAQ and contact us with any additional questions.
