Conservatory Rental Guidelines

Franklin Park Conservatory is available on a non-discriminatory basis.

Franklin Park Conservatory is a non-smoking facility.

To reserve a date, a contract must be completed and a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee must be paid. No dates will be held without the appropriate fees and a signed contract.

Cancellation Policy: If the function is canceled 180 days or more prior to an event, Franklin Park Conservatory will refund all money minus $1000. If the function is canceled between 179 and 90 days prior to an event, one half the total rental fee and beverage minimum will be due. If the function is canceled 89 days or less prior to the event, the total rental fee, beverage minimum, and any other applicable fees will be due. Early entry is not permitted.
