Little Green Thumbs (Ages 6–10)

First Saturday of each month,  June 7–December 6, 10–11:30am
Children participate in workshops that focus on gardening, cooking, and healthy living activities including bird watching, scavenger hunts, cooking from the garden and more. Each interactive workshop includes a take home portion. Attend all seven workshops and receive a prize in December!

October 4: Pumpkin Patch Kids
November 1: Indoor Garden Adventures
December 6: Winter Wonderland Terrariums
$10 members; $12 non-members (per class)

Kids and Caterpillars (Ages 6–12)

Saturday, September 6, 10:30am–12:30pm
Children and caterpillars seem to be naturally drawn to each other. Encourage the nurturing side of your child with this class that explains how to find and raise caterpillars to adulthood. Each child will take home a caterpillar and its appropriate food plant. Led by Chris Kline, Interpretation Specialist.
