Tai Chi – Beginner II (Six-Week Series)

Mondays, 6:30–8pm

Learn the second half of this ancient Chinese art that incorporates slow, natural movements and breath work. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Completion of at least one, six-week Beginner I series is required.
Led by certified instructors from the Taoist Tai Chi Society.
