Tai Chi – Beginner I (Six-Week Series)

Mondays, 6:30–8pm

Learn the first half of this ancient Chinese art that incorporates slow, natural movements and breath work. Suitable for all levels of fitness. 
Led by certified instructors from the Taoist Tai Chi Society.
