Lecture: Achieving Well-Being With Nature

Thursday, March 30, 7–8:30pm
Attend a free public lecture to learn about nature’s positive effect on our well-being and mood. Research shows urban dwellers with access to green space exhibit fewer signs of depression or anxiety and have a greater, positive sense of well-being with lower stress levels. Learn about how to improve well-being through nature and begin your path towards a happier, healthier you.

Light refreshments will be provided. This lecture is free but pre-registration is required.
