From Yoga Mat to Placemat: Move Well, Eat Well, Be Well

Sunday, June 29, 12:30–5pm
This special workshop guides you on the path to wellness through the principles of movement, body alignment, and healthy eating. First, move through a yoga workshop (outdoors, weather permitting) and receive two tension-releasing therapy balls to take home. Suitable for any level of fitness, no yoga experience required. Then, learn how a healthy, plant-based diet is a wonderful complement to any exercise routine with a cooking demonstration and sampling of the chef’s delicious creations. Return home with the tools and knowledge to support a healthy lifestyle. Workshop led by registered yoga teacher Loretta Zedella and certified natural foods chef Mark Zedella. VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE
Full Workshop: $65 members; $70 non-members
Yoga session (12:30–2:30pm) or Cooking session (2:30–5pm): $35 each
