Pumpkins: From Garden To Plate

Thursday, October 5, 6–8pm
Join Conservatory Educators Charlie and Allison as they continue the horticulture + culinary education series. This time, visit the Community Garden Campus to learn about the epitome of the fall harvest, pumpkins. Learn how to grow and care for a variety of pumpkins, then prepare spiced roasted pumpkin, warming pumpkin chili and a classic pumpkin dessert with a twist.
