Are you or someone you know trying to follow a gluten-free diet? Confused by contradicting information and products flooding the market? Join us for an afternoon of food and fun, all gluten-free! Discuss this diet in the context of our culture and our health. Enjoy a sampling of gluten-free foods and bring a recipe to swap with others interested in expanding their gluten-free knowledge and cooking.
