Grilling 101

Wednesday, July 26, 6–8:30pm
Learn the fundamentals of grilling burgers and bratwurst for your next backyard BBQ. Instructors will give a brief lecture covering differences between gas and charcoal grilling, how to properly cook ground meat and knowing when and why to use direct or indirect heat. In addition to burgers and brats, enjoy a menu including corn pudding and grilled peaches with honey and ice cream. Paired with beer.
