Artisan Bread, Three Ways (Vegetarian)

Starting with a versatile and easy yeast bread recipe, we will learn to make savory herb bread, soft sandwich bread and gourmet cinnamon rolls. Enjoy your creations at the end of class with cheese and artisan jams.
